   These days setting up a BPO company is not a small deal, but if you have a fixed goal and you want to achieve it, i am sure nothing is impossible. I said its not easy to set up a company because of the competetive market, as you said you are in BPO so you must be knowing the competition these days is really very hard. So the best you can do is prceed step by step to be a good business man.
   1) Try to make contacts with international clients, the best way you can contact them is when you are on calls.
   2) Start making a list of small call centers in India, to whom you will further outsource your business, it will help you in future.
   3) Start searching on Internet about companies who are willing to outsource there work.
   For your firther information i would say there is a lot of work in this industry all you need to be is hard working and smart working.
